Franchise Store Design

As a Store Designer at Joe & The Juice, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and functional store designs that reflect our brand identity. Your primary role will be to design and develop innovative, customer-centric store layouts that promote a healthy lifestyle and optimal customer experience in our Franchise Markets.

The position as Store Designer will be based in our danish headquarters and will be part of our Growth department, which includes Real Estate & Expansion, Development & Construction, Store Design and Franchise. The role is global. 

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish store design requirements and objectives
• Create concept designs, floor plans, and layouts for new store locations, including bar placements and BOH requirements
• Help select appropriate materials & fixtures that align with our brand image and quality standards
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry best practices during the design process
• Continuously research and stay up-to-date on latest design trends and emerging technologies
• Assist in the development and improvement of store design processes and guidelines
• Travel to different locations for site visits and provide on-site guidance when needed
• Implement new initiatives such as e-commerce shelves, to go stations etc.

Expectations:

• The ability to create innovative and visually appealing store designs
• Knowledge of materials & fictures applicable to retail spaces
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, as well as making sure the design aligns with our internal goals
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Willingness to travel and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Eager to learn and expand your field of knowledge
• Show a keen attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related field is prefered but not a requirement
