We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead our AI Center-of-Excellence (CoE). The Director will be responsible for driving cross-organizational initiatives that leverage machine learning, automation, and generative AI to optimize operational efficiency within our software companies. 

The Director will be reporting to the Chief Operating Officer of Stibo Software Group, working closely together with the Senior Leadership Team of the two business units, Stibo Systems and Stibo DX, building and driving a backlog of operational efficiency initiatives. This role requires a visionary leader with a proven track record in AI technology, lean management and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the AI Center-of-Excellence, driving innovative AI initiatives across the organization, setting the strategy for leveraging AI possibilities for optimizing operational efficiency.
• Utilize AI tools such as machine learning, automation, and generative AI to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with our two business units to identify and implement AI-driven solutions which remove friction and optimize productivity.
• Demonstrate production capabilities within the supported organizations, showing measurable improvements in operational efficiency.
• Ensure that increased operational efficiency funds the scaling and efforts of the AI Center-of-Excellence.
• Drive and facilitate a cross-organizational community of AI champions.
• Spot waste in processes and act upon it to increase efficiency.
• Maintain a clear understanding of AI capabilities, limitations, compliance and security issues.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI technologies and methodologies.
• Build and maintain a value driven relationship within the Senior Leadership teams across Stibo Software Group.

• Measurable increased production capabilities within the entire organization including the two business units.
• Demonstrable improvements in operational efficiency funded by AI initiatives.
• Effective cross-organizational collaboration and engagement of AI champions.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in leading AI initiatives and improving operational efficiency.
• Experience in spotting and eliminating waste in processes.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, capabilities, limitations, and compliance issues.
• Experience with lean management and lean operations is an advantage.
• Experience in project management methodologies such as Scrum, PRINCE2 or SAFe is preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to drive innovation and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Experience in virtual leadership capabilities within a global organization
