As a Customer Support Coordinator, you will play a key role in our Customer Support department and act as an important link between our customers, sales and the entire supply chain such as logistics, warehouse etc. You can expect a varied role with a high level of responsibility, complexity, and many touchpoints.
Your Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the daily handling and coordination of orders etc. from our B2B customers in Germany, including:
- Receiving, creating and processing customer orders
- Verifying product availability, and pricing
- Coordinating deliveries in close cooperation with Logistics, Warehouse and Procurement
- Communication with customers regarding orders, deliveries, products, and other inquiries
- Providing professional and efficient customer service via email, phone, and other channels
In addition, you will work with:
- Maintaining and updating customer data, product information, and price lists
- Structured work in our CRM systems and other relevant systems
- Preparing reports related to order status, sales activities, and relevant KPIs

- Deliver high accuracy in order handling, data maintenance, and reporting

Your Profile
We imagine that you:
- Have a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
- Have completed at least a high school education (HHX, STX, HTX, or equivalent)
- Are fluent in written and spoken German and English; additional language skills are a strong advantage
- Have a broad commercial understanding and interest in B2B business

- Structured and able to plan your workday efficiently

- Takes great ownership in delivering professional customer service
- Independent, proactive, and result-oriented
