Onboarding Assistent

We are looking for a responsible and reliable Onboarding Assistant to join a customers team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and takes pride in helping new employees feel confident, welcomed, and well-prepared from day one.

About the Role
As an Onboarding Assistant, you will play a key role in introducing new team members to daily operations. You will guide them through processes, show them around the warehouse, and ensure they understand where everything is located and how tasks should be carried out. You will be a go-to person during their first days, helping create a positive and structured start.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and guide new employees during their onboarding process
  • Explain workflows, routines, and safety procedures
  • Show new hires around the warehouse and work areas
  • Act as a point of contact for questions and day-to-day support
  • Help ensure a smooth and efficient integration into the team
About You

  • Responsible and dependable with a strong work ethic
  • Flexible and able to adapt to changing tasks and priorities
  • A natural “people person” with a friendly, smiling attitude
  • Comfortable speaking and writing in English
  • Patient, approachable, and good at explaining things clearly
Working Conditions

  • Day shift position
  • Availability required throughout July (no planned holiday during this period)
