Student employee wanted for the Society of Fellows at the University of Copenhagen
Would you like to help support an interdisciplinary community of researchers and contribute to strengthening academic citizenship at the University of Copenhagen?
We are looking for an engaged student employee who can help with both practical and administrative tasks in the Society of Fellows.
About Society of Fellows
The Society of Fellows consists of selected researchers from across the University of Copenhagen’s faculties who have completed the UCPH Forward talent programme. The association works independently to promote academic citizenship, research leadership, and work-life balance for the benefit of both the University of Copenhagen and the wider academic community.
As a student employee, you will work closely with the association’s three co-presidents.

What will you specifically be doing?
Terms of employment
Working hours will be up to 15 hours per week, with the possibility of you independently planning your working hours. We are flexible during exam periods, and we also expect you to be flexible and willing to make an extra effort during busy periods.
You will start as soon as possible and no later than 15 June 2026. You will be formally employed by Research and Information Security at Nørregade 10, 1165 Copenhagen K.

What will you specifically be doing?
- Provide administrative and communication support for the association’s events and for the special advisory tasks that fellows are assigned by the University of Copenhagen or initiate themselves
- Help plan and execute conferences, network meetings and seminars
- Handle a variety of communication tasks, for example distributing newsletters
- Collaborate with the University of Copenhagen’s administration
- Assist with budgeting, accounting, and financial reconciliations
- You are responsible and work in a structured manner
- You are willing to take on a variety of administrative tasks
- You are fluent in both Danish and English, spoken and written
- You have knowledge of (university) administration, preferably including specific insights into the University of Copenhagen
- You are comfortable with the fact that both workload and working hours may vary
