Are you ready to take ownership of our AI journey and shape the future of our digital experience?
Go Nordic Cruiseline is building a digital backbone connecting guest experience, sales and operations across our systems. We know where we're headed — now we need an AI Engineer to take ownership of the technical side and drive it forward as a permanent part of the team, not a consultant.
Key responsibilitiesYou'll take over and continue developing the Python/React-based AI solutions we've started building. Your tasks will include:
- Building and maintaining AI applications and pipelines in Python
- Developing React frontend components that make AI accessible to end users
- Integrating and orchestrating LLM-based workflows with APIs and internal systems
- Connecting data from BookIT, HubSpot, LS Retail and other systems in a shared data hub
- Designing and implementing agent-based solutions and automations
- Setting the standard for how we build AI going forward
You're an engineer first. You build things yourself and you're comfortable across the full stack from model to UI.
Technical:
- Strong Python background — APIs, data processing, LLM integration
- React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
- Experience with LLM frameworks: LangChain, LlamaIndex, or equivalent
- Prompt engineering and RAG architecture in practice
- REST and webhook integrations against third-party systems
- Databases and data modelling at a solid working level
- Familiarity with Anthropic Claude API and the broader Anthropic ecosystem
- Experience with agentic AI and multi-step reasoning
- HubSpot or CRM integrations
- Is comfortable owning a broad scope in a small team rather than waiting for specs
- Communicates clearly — including with non-technical stakeholders
- Would rather ship something concrete than wait for the perfect architecture
- Is self-directed, but knows when to escalate
At Go Nordic Cruiseline, we believe great journeys start with great people. Joining us, you'll get:
- A central role in a digitalisation effort that is well underway
- Direct collaboration with Henrik Thystrup, VP of Digitalisation & AI
- Real influence over architecture and technology choices
- Hybrid work — Copenhagen office, flexibility otherwise
- Competitive package agreed individually
- A workplace with great energy, engaged colleagues and a view of the water
- A strong sense of community built on trust, well-being and good teamwork
Send a short note about what you've built and attach your CV — we don't read long cover letters. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis; we hire when we find the right person. We do not accept applications via email.
If you have any questions about the position, please reach out to Henrik Thystrup, VP of Digitalisation & AI, at henrik.thystrup@gonordiccruiseline.com or +45 51 28 79 95.
We look forward to hearing from you and shaping the future of travel at sea — together!
